Verwenden von Bildern

Viele Bilder auf dieser Site habe ich selbst gescannt oder mit einer Digitalkamera angefertigt. Einige Bilder im 8Bit-Museum.de sind aber keine Eigenproduktionen und erscheinen hier mit freundlicher Genehmigung der Personen, die diese ursprünglich erstellt haben. In allen Fällen ist es nicht erlaubt, die Bilder einfach zu kopieren.

Wer Bilder aus dem 8Bit-Museum.de für eigene Zwecke verwenden möchte, muß folgende Punkte beachten:

ZUERST FRAGEN! Falls das Bild nicht von mir ist, gebe ich gerne die Kontaktadresse des Erstellers, der dann gefragt werden kann, weiter. Ich kann mir vorstellen, daß derjenige mehr als erfreut sein wird, seine Erlaubnis zur Weiterverwendung zu geben. Aber bitte so höflich sein und FRAGEN!

Liegt eine Erlaubnis meinerseits vor, muß i.d.R. jedes Bild mit einem Hinweis auf das 8Bit-Museum.de versehen werden. Evtl. sollte auch noch ein Link zum Autor des Originals gesetzt werden, wenn das Bild nicht von mir ist.

Verwenden von Multimedia-Dateien

Das 8Bit-Museum.de archiviert auch Multimedia-Dateien, wie *.mp3, *.wav, *.pdf Dateien, Sound/Video Clips, usw. Die Benutzung dieser Dateien ist ebenfalls durch das Urheberrecht begrenzt. Bitte keine der Multimedia-Dateien verwenden, ohne mich vorher zu kontaktieren. Wenn die Erlaubnis zur Verwendung erteilt wurde, muß ebenfalls ein Hinweis auf das 8Bit-Museum.de und/oder den Rechteinhaber geben werden.

Verwenden von Informationen und Text

Alle Texte und Beschreibungen sind von mir verfasst worden, bis auf einige Ausnahmen, von deren Autoren ich die Erlaubnis zur Veröffentlichung bekommen habe. Textpassagen, Nacherzählungen und Zitate dürfen unter folgenden Voraussetzungen benutzt werden:

  • ich bekomme eine eMail, wofür der Text/Information benutzt werden soll
  • es wird kein beträchtlicher Abschnitt kopiert. Eine komplette Seite, sogar nur ein kompletter Absatz, ist nicht mehr tolerabel; in solchen Fällen bitte einen Link zu der entsprechenden Seite des 8Bit-Museum.de setzen (eine Beschreibung, wie man auf untergeordnetet Seiten verweist, befindet sich unter "Banner"). Wenn Material, ganz oder teilweise, in anderer Form, wie z.B. auf einer CD-ROM oder in einer Zeitschrift, verbreitet werden soll, ist auf jeden Fall meine ausdrückliche Erlaubnis erforderlich.
  • es werden nur wenige Sätze zitiert und ich bzw. das 8Bit-Museum.de sind als Quelle klar erkennbar und ein Verweis (i.d.R. ein Link) auf das 8Bit-Museum.de wird gesetzt.

Verbreiten, Linken und Spiegeln des 8Bit-Museums

Eine Verwendung des Inhalts dieser Site auf anderen Webseiten, insbesondere der direkte Download von anderen Webseiten (lokal oder verlinkt), Deep-Links (Links, die nicht auf die Startseite verweisen), das Spiegeln dieser Site (anlegen einer Kopie, die Online verfügbar ist), sowie die Verbreitung auf CD-ROMs und anderen Datenträgern und Medien, ganz oder teilweise, ist ohne Erlaubnis des Autors ausdrücklich untersagt.

The images on the 8Bit-Museum.de come from diverse sources, and many appear by gracious permission of the person who created it originally - they are not my property to do with as I choose. Other images are images I have scanned in or taken with a digital camera, and still others are images that were donated to me to do what I want with. In any event, you are not allowed to simply copy the images.

If you wish to use images of the 8Bit-Museum.de for your own purposes, please observe the following gentle requests:

ASK ME FIRST. If the image is not mine or given to me, I would be happy to give you the contact address of whomever made the image in the first place and you can ask them. I'm sure they would be more than happy to let you use it also, but please be courteous and ASK!

Be gracious and link back to the 8Bit-Museum.de - http://www.8bit-museum.de - at a minimum. It would also be nice if you included a link to the creator's home page, if the image isn't mine or donated. It's only polite.

Multimedia File Use

8Bit-Museum.de also archives multimedia files from time to time, like *.mp3, *.wav, *.pdf files, sound/video clips, etc. Use of these multimedia files may be restricted due to copyright ownership. Please do not use any multimedia file, sound clip, etc., without contacting me first to check if it may be disseminated. Credit must be given to either/both 8Bit-Museum.de and the copyright owner if permission is granted.

Information and Text Use

All descriptions, text and write-ups, except where noted, are completely mine or I have the explicit permission to use it, and you may use extracts or citations for your own purposes provided that:

  • you send me an email and let me know what you intend to use the information for.
  • you do not copy a significant portion. Mirroring an entire page or using a whole paragraph, for example, is not preferential. Please provide a link to the page on 8Bit-Museum.de instead (you find a description how to link to a subpage on the "Banner"-page). If you want to disseminate the archive in another form, such as on CD-ROM, you absolutely must get my explicit permission.
